The development of GISHydro2000 has been a
collaborative effort of faculty, staff, and students in the Department of
Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland.
For questions about the software, Glenn Moglen is the primary contact.

 |
Dr.
Glenn E. Moglen: Glenn Moglen is the Principal Investigator of research
projects related to GISHydro. He conducts research for various state
and federal agencies on the hydrologic effects of land use change, river
mechanics/morphology, hydrology and hydraulics. |
 |
Dr. Robert M. Ragan:
Robert Ragan's pioneering work in Remote Sensing and GIS is the
cornerstone of the existing GISHydro program. Now a Professor
Emeritus, Dr. Ragan provides technical guidance in the evolution of the
program. |
 |
Michael
J. Casey: Mike Casey is a Research Engineer specializing in GIS
application development. He has developed much of the existing
GISHydro2000 software and is currently working in the web-based version of
the program. (Now at George Mason University - Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering) |
 |
R.
Edward Beighley: Ed Beighley is a PhD student working under Glenn
Moglen. Ed has contributed the the USGS stream gage network data
used by the GISHydro program. His research examines the relationship
of urbanization trends to changes in the gaged stream flow record in
Maryland. (Now at San Diego State University - Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering) |
